Phillip is an Associate Wealth Manager & Portfolio Strategist at Buttonwood Capital Management with a diverse background of investment experience. He is an integral part of the firm and a contributing member of the Wealth Management team and the Investment Policy Committee. He dedicates his efforts to managing our clients’ overall financial picture.

Before joining Buttonwood, Phillip worked as a consultant at FactSet Research Systems, collaborating with some of the largest institutional investment managers nationwide. He has deep expertise in portfolio construction, research analysis, and investment analytics.

Phillip holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arizona, where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. He also proudly earned the CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst®) designation, the highest recognition in the global investment management industry. It demonstrates superior competency in advanced portfolio management, financial expertise, and technical skills underpinned by ethical conduct in the highest standards of practice.

An Arizona native, Phillip enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Andrea, and their two dogs.
